The prices include: WIFI, $40 WEB per week, bedding, towels and kitchen textiles.
Not included and mandatory are: final cleaning service ($125), laundry service ($10 per person per week) and weekly cleaning ($42,50) at a stay of longer than a week.
The cost of water and electricity (WEB) per week is USD $40 under normal usage. Those USD $40 are included in the price. Additional usage of electricity and water will be charged at USD $0.50 per kWh and USD $5 per m3 water, this will be paid by the guest at the end of his stay.
Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
